Which countries do you ship to?
Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take?
Standard Shipping is free, with estimated delivery of 10–25 business days from the date of purchase. Priority Shipping costs 3.90 and is estimated at 8–20 business days. Both are estimates in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Will I pay import duties?
Possibly. Orders ship internationally from our fulfilment partner and may attract import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the checkout price, and are the recipient's responsibility.
How do returns work?
By email, within 30 days of delivery. Write to contact@lunnarashop.com before sending anything back — items that reach us without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval.
