About Lunnara Shop

What we do

Lunnara Shop is an online store for bags, footwear, eyewear and the small accessories that finish an outfit. We are not a factory and we do not pretend to be one: we select pieces, we ship them to twelve countries across Europe, and we answer every email ourselves.

How we choose what to sell

We look for pieces that hold up past one season — shapes that do not date, materials that survive daily use, and construction that justifies the price. If we would not carry it ourselves, it does not go on the site. The catalogue stays deliberately small for that reason.

Where your order comes from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in China and shipped directly to you. We say this plainly because it explains the delivery window — 10–25 business days on Standard Shipping, 8–20 on Priority — and because you deserve to know before you buy, not after. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.

How we handle support

Email is our support channel, and a person reads every message. We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Returns and cancellations are handled the same way — you write, we reply with a decision, and nothing needs to be sent back before we have agreed it.

Where we stand on returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and refunds are issued within 10 business days of our approval. If you are in the EU, the UK or Norway, your statutory 14-day right to cancel sits on top of that, untouched. The details are on our Returns & Cancellations page.
