Where we ship

We currently ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Standard Shipping — free on every order. Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days from the date of purchase.

Priority Shipping — 3.90. Estimated delivery: 8–20 business days from the date of purchase. This rate is charged in EUR and converted to your local currency at checkout.

All delivery windows are estimates and are counted in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by customs, carriers or an incorrect delivery address fall outside our control.

Where your order ships from

Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in China and shipped directly to you. An order containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, at no additional cost to you.

Import duties and taxes

Because orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the price paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts and cannot predict or refund them.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner, we email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few days to become active while the parcel moves through the first carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and an order returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge.
